Over the course of his 30 plus year career, Adam has been active in all facets of the commercial real estate industry on both the brokerage and development side where his true passion lies. Adam has represented numerous local, regional, and national companies. He has also been involved in the development of numerous residential and multifamily properties. Adam's expertise ranges from site selection and civil design to horizontal and vertical construction.
As a licensed commercial real estate broker since 2001 Adam A. Green started his career affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Tampa Florida. While there he consistently ranked among the top five agents in an office of several hundred.
In 2008 and 2009 Adam developed two medical properties outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Clients for these properties included a pediatric dentist, an adult dental practice, an orthodontist, a rehabilitation clinic, a chiropractic clinic, and a stock brokerage.
In 2014 Adam completed the first of three student housing projects the first two of which were in Chattanooga Tennessee and the third located outside Nashville, Tennessee. Following that, in 2017 Adam worked with Insight Properties developing residential subdivisions Lennar Homes, Pulte Homes, and Smith Douglas Homes all national home builders.
Through the present-day Adam is participating with several firms in adaptive reuse in the Nashville Region. An example of this is the conversion of a 160-door motel to a micro-apartment community. Other current projects include a mixed-use project called Robinson Heights. When complete this project will have 85 townhouses all being built by Pulte Homes, 30,000 square feet of retail, and 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
In addition to being a licensed Real Estate salesperson in the State of Florida, and licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Tennessee, Adam is also a member of the Graduate Realtor Institute, he is a candidate for his CCIM designation and is a member his local CCIM chapter as well as the Urban Land Institute and the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors. Adam also believes in philanthropy presently volunteering his time sitting in the security committee for the Nashville Jewish Community Center. Adam is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Political Science and Public Administration along with ongoing Real Estate related course work.
